Hi Burst Bouters,

Here is today's Burst Bout workout. You're focusing on the Legs - Chest - Biceps.

Please grab hold of your GymBoss Timer and set it to 40 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest.

We're performing a 9 Burst Bout of strength training exercises and a 4 Burst Bout of fat incinertaing cardio based movements.
