All Australia's Telcos are pretty bad over the phone.. Ruiral Aus would be screwed without Telstra though.

@enquvist if your wanting to get your phones unlocked for free in the future.. just say that your calling from your local telstra store and you need to get an unlock code for X phone.. ask them if they want your dealer code and say... "well i can't give you mine would you like my manager's?" generally they will just allow it and give you an unlock code... Straight up from the horses mouth.
