The only thing in CBB that rivals it is UofL v UK. I would argue that the UofL/UK game is more intense due to the fact they only play once a year and it's played in front of 24,000 rabid UK fans and now 23,000 rabid UofL fans. The animosity that exists between UofL and UK is just as great if not greater than UNC/Duke. I have been to a Duke/UNC game(my wife is a Dukie) and it is intense.

sounds like PrazeDancer doesn't understand what the word "fan" means. just jealous that no fan base in the country even comes close to ours.
after all, we invented the phrase "air ball", "you" chants after fouls, the entire student section jumping and yelling when on defense, and the hands up and "whoosh" on free throws.

Yea right. I went to 2 duke games this year and I thought overall the fan base was worthless.
