Are Women Underrepresented As Social Media Speakers?

http://www.socialmediaftw.com - Yesterday at the LinkedIn Blog I saw a post "The Gender Divide: Are Men Better Than Women At Social Networking?" Of course, that's crazy. Women have always been better than men at communicating.

However, it reminded me of a video I shot with Coach Deb Cole Micek last year after she keynoted the Social Media FTW conference. After we had recorded a couple of videos on SEO, we started talking about the dearth of female speakers at social media conferences.

Unfortunately the sound quality's not great on the clip, but I thought you might want to listen in anyway and share your thoughts on whether women are underrepresented as speakers as social media conferences.
