Wow brilliant footage, Ive just managed to get the wild birds to come to my Kitchen window and take food from my hands, thanks for sharing......all the best !

Im so glad you know now, but you could use a damp tissue to dab your finger on and it will do the job great safely. The seed is a great way to reward them and they do like it alot when you personally feed them that way so....keep it up!!! Its so great BTW...

Your so right about the saliva, after I made this video I heard about the bacteria tthat was in the saliva of a human.
I stoped right away with using it and now offering him just one seed between 2 fingers :P
If someone didn't tell you that you doing something wrong, you don't know it.

Every bird respnds differently, to this bird it works out great!
I tried to gain his trust by showing him that I mean no harm.

you know human saliva can make birds really sick you you might not wanna lick your hand to give him food just a suggestion. :)
