A day of making apple sauce at the homestead. We started with two bushels of transparent apples. Then we cleaned and cut off the bad spots and sliced them. After they were cooked we ran them though our foley food mill. You sweeten to taste and transfer to containers and freeze what you are not going to eat.
@greeneyedsteamengine Great! my Foley was my grandmothers and she has been gone for 20 years. Hope you get as much use out of it.
