This song reaches out from the past to me, back when I was "stupid" and all music with a synth in it I pegged as "techno" or "trance". But as I grew older and grew to understand my genres and how terribly silly I was I still kept coming back to this vinyl I had.
I kept coming back.
My roots for d'nb start here, prior to that I grew up on jazz. This album is the only one that sits with my Jazz Legends, proudly between Miles Davis and Bill Evans.

This is one of my all time favs. Such a garden of delights this mood of a song takes you. Undoubetly this artist knew that his future was set on enveloping the easy melodic words of Ingrid, and the tantalizing our eardrums with such a pleasant bass tone. The bass in this piece just moves your toosh, as if you had a large gigantic hand under you bottom; whisking you away to pleasures unknown.
