@turowat No. What causes these accidents is corruption. You buy your license in China. Driving schools are totally corrupt. Drivers in China have no respect for the rules. They run red lights like you wouldn't believe. They break every conceivable road law, and the best part is the police do not enforce these laws; the police are some of the worst offenders. I drive here, but I am always (and I stress - ALWAYS) extremely careful. You must always be alert! Chinese drivers suck!
