Witness presenter Rageh Omaar returned to Iraq five years after reporting on the US-led invasion. He found much had changed and, as ordinary Iraqis told him, rarely for the better.

  • Rageh deserves a "peace prize" for this work. Would that I could find unbiased news like this on my television....

  • Have to admit this was very good, will definitely have me looking at the Iraq war differently.

  • agree that rageh has brought the true effect of the iraqi plight over in a very moving documentary, but in truth these bastards who hack of innocent peoples heads should be fed to the dogs ALIVE.

  • Rageh is so courageous and I admire his drive to get the story of the people out, and not just go with the western media status quo. May God always watch over you Rageh.

  • iraq is doomed just like afghanistan somalia and many more muslim countries i believe god is testing our patiance but will be better off soon

  • The truth of Christianity is really hope, even in the darkest circumstances.

This section reminds me of the movie "The Mission." On one hand, the human/government solution, which is war which results in ignored suffering for many who do not have political power.

The other is to plant peace and hope and to serve the name of our Lord which is higher than any name.

Interesting video, fairly played. I'm impressed.

  • It takes nothing for an evil man to do evil things, but for a good man to do evil things, that takes religion.

  • No, that's whats wrong with ignoring the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Do you really think George was the mastermind, or merely a puppet playing his part. In either case the man deserves his day in court to answer for the resulting damage from his actions and orders, only fair thing to do.

  • George Bush may has well have pulled the trigger to the heads of Iraqis and especially Iraqi christians who suffer the hardest of hardest.

That's the thing with representative goverment, They call the shots once their in office and their nothing you can do about it except picket and protest, Nobody ever held a referendum on wither to invade iraq in any of the countries that partaken in it.

  • That Vicker deserves the Nobel Peace Prize and the blessings of God (if he exists). What a wonderful man.

  • Black and white?! Do you even know where Iraq is?! Obviously not
