Ladies and Gentlemen world-wide, I overheard today at 6:00 aprrox. in Whole foods two women speaking in German and Hebrew about a fire to happen at a Synagogue in Los Angeles during the High Holy Days and blaming Syria and Libya.

Does anyone take this woman seriously?

That is what makes her so sad. She allows herself to go into the lion's den and asks for sympathy. Any card player would see how foolish she really is. Her bluff was easily called and she wants to get out of the hand.

Is there any such organization out there that is like the Green Party but that is Pro-Israel? I'm all for their policies, but not their stance on Israel. McKinney did nothing wrong, I agree. But lets not blame the whole country, Israeli govt is corrupt just like America's but that doesnt mean we have to go against them, like Nader is. We need to work for peace like McKinney is trying to do. I feel like there's no political party out there for me to follow anymore, they're all messed up.

Sorry to be boringly factual again, but Israel gained independence from Britain in 1948 - there had never been a Palestinian state there. A Palestinian state, Jordan, came into existence around the same time as Israel on the much larger land area allocated to the Arabs.

As I have already pointed out, the Muslim Arab population of the West Bank and Gaza increased after 1967 (high birth rate, falling death rate). Almost all the Jewish population of Poland was murdered by the Nazis. So the comparison is bogus.

It is correct to say that Gaza has no air defence - so the Israelis have the capacity to wipe out most of the population, but have in fact only targetted terrorists, causing far fewer casualties than the Sri Lankan action against LTTE, for example.
