Actually, Bifrost is the rainbow bridge between Asgard and Midgard. Valhalla is only a part of Asgard, the Golden Hall of Odin, where all brave warriors went/go when they die.

In Norse mythology, Bifrost was the bridge built by the Gods then went from Asgard to Valhalla. :)
