An old wood pumpjack owned and displayed by Bill Fields at the Antique Gas and Steam Engine Museum, Vista, CA. Bill got this out of a small oilfield in Piru, CA that had been operating since the 1880s. The engine is a 4 horsepower Fairbanks-Morse type T.

  • WOW!!!!!! Now that is cool.

  • I like it because it still has the weeds attached. Great vid and thanks for sharing! Fred

  • NEWS FLASH TO THE DOOMSDAY PREACHERS! This well has produced for longer than you've said, "We're running out of oil."

  • Very nice, thank god for dry weather. Hope to someday make it out to the museum, Phil
