Testing strength of roots

Experiment growing cress and mustard on Calico. As I intent, for my final piece, to grow this on a much larger scale and stretch it onto a wall it is important that the roots are strong enough to hold the cress onto the fabric. Therefore, in this test I am lifting it and tilting it to see if any falls off. I know that if I forcefully pull each one then they do come off but this would happen anyway regardless of what they were grown on.
