I want a machine for chest and shoulders.. but the range of motion for the flat bench chest press looks fucked up.. it seems as though when he pushes, he pushes up and out away from him... thanks to the ROM from the leverage machine....
-
how good is this machine? thinking of getting one myself. Does it work well with big weights on or do you feel much of a different the more weight you put on?
-
Not to pick on you, but work on form, slow down.
-
Doesn't seem like the best machine for doing lats. I have the powertec lat, love it.

Crazee is right, work the larger groups first. This way you will not tire your arms for their workouts
-
jorgea, you'll need Olympic size plates. Get a pair of 45s, 35s, 25s, 10s, 5s. Find a set that will contain all of them and it will be cheaper.

Richard, you want to do your chest, back, and shoulder exercises before your arm exercises. Doing arms first, you're tiring your arms out and limiting the weight you can do on the chest, back, and shoulder exercises.

are the movements on the bench press and the military press good. cause i'm about to buy one and just wanted to know
just some advice, try not to move the rest of ur body when ur trying to isolate a muscle group

The bench is great, but the shoulder press does angle slightly backward, so it doesn't feel quite like you're pressing it straight overhead.
