Most of this is impractical.
A note about the first combo (if you are having trouble.)
BD8B is two hits really close together, like 2-3 frames.
It is possible to straight out cancel before the second hit (which would normally cause down in BR BR 8DBB) but an easier method which this guy uses is to buffer into a whiffed B+C special and rainbow step out of it.
The repeated special shit is still annoying to cut though because he can just turn around and shoot you and resume his garbage, even getting hit by two of those things is aggravating.
