Woodstock, VA, June 21st, 2009, my first mountain hang gliding flight. I went from the training hill to this, never having done a tandem or anything else to compare. Launching from that altitude for the first time ever was one of the bigger rushes I have ever felt. Being my first flight, I wanted to fly fairly conservatively so was flying faster than necessary and sank out after a few passes up and down the ridge. But the experience was amazing.

freakin sweeet. I'm learning to HG. I will be going to woodstock once I get a glider and my H2 rating :D. How often do you fly there? I live fairly close to the launch site.

Awesome!! I really like what you did with the music. The timing of the launch sequence to the music really expressed the feeling of it. I had my first mountain in August at lookout. Addicted for life.
