Not sure where he's tuned for this. I tuned it up a little bit so it's in Am, but it doesn't really matter what frets you play it in. You're only playing the three highest strings anyway for the whole song -- over and over again!

@privettricker What do you mean it's in Am? The open strings resemble an a minor chord or the song is in Am? Because I'm trying to figure out this 3-4 chords and I'm pretty close I think, but I play this in standard tuning.

@AhavaRabboh There are no open strings in this song. It's all played on the GBE strings in standard tuning. It's in the key of Am.

@midasmachine I saw The Fixx open for The Police in 1983 and got right up front so I could watch the guitar player's hands. He played virtually the entire set using only those top 3 strings!
