Hope you like my intro!! Had this in my mind to do yesterday so went ahead and did this with no practice - all from memory from 3 years ago!

Just having some fun, so theres a few little mistakes...

This track is taken from 1983, live at The Thameshall, Slough concert.

Great track from the boys.

  • Great playing fella love the series II another fine job!!

  • @Ry42Back Series 2? I wish, its a 3000, but I'm changing basses this weekend, so keep an eye on my vids! Glad you enjoyed the playing mate

  • @Ry42Back check my latest vid ;)

  • Love the new Status bro :-)

  • @deezbar cheers Deez, suprised you haven't got another one by now - this one plays so much better than the 1000, and the 18v elecs are very powerful!

  • @deezbar status sold - see the new vid mate ;)

  • @scaz38 cheers mate, its a nice track to play once you have it mastered (one day!) The live version is from the Thameshall Slough gig from 1983, I think its on here so have a look, I've been enjoying this gig for about 10 years!!

  • Great playing as usual fella! I can imagine how difficult this is to play.. Love this live version, never heard it before.. Loved it!!

  • @ramon709 I wish I'd had chance to practice this one, but it came out okish.. Its a tricky line alright, still amazes me how MK plays to the highest standards and sings too! I've been trying to call down on my pull notes and ghost notes but as soon as you listen/play to 42 they all come flooding back! Cheers for the comment mate

  • Excellent cover mate, great slapping, locked! It's really tricky bassline (as are all MK lines) with all the quick pulls in front of the thumbs, probably the reason I never played this line, my 'pull' timing is not my strong point to put it mildly :)
