I am diametrically opposed to big government, any form of socialism and don't suffer fools like Obama lightly. Didn't you question anything about his non existent experience for this job. When he says paying more taxes is "just being neighborly", when he and Michelle have only given less than 1% to charity, and then ''upped it'' to 3% the last 2 years. Sara Palin, who I am sure you HATE, gave more than Obama and Biden combined and made less in income. Your man is a hypocrite(but you luv NPR)

Obama is a danger to this country. Genius? we are 12 Trillion in debt and counting.. Just printing more money is NOT genius. I was not a fan of the ramped up spending when Bush was in office, he was not a conservative for sure, but this spending is 4 times as high..where is the outcry? How is getting into health insurance going to lessen the govt's debt burden? Why are we propping up failed car companies and failed banks? Why do 19% of Fed employees now make $100,000 or more? Why the Czars?

Obama is a radical with an agenda. He doesn't care what has worked in past with regards to cutting taxes to stimulate small business growth, he thinks he knows better. Saul Alinsky is his mentor, Rev. Write, etc. and where is it in the Constitution that the Government can say what a businessman can make? They want to do this to banks and Wall street firms that didn't take TARP money too.

TARP was supposed to be for buying up bad debt, and only 16 Bil went to that, the rest to prop up banks

I live in Ca, and personal income tax here is among the highest in any state and our state is a wreck and completely bankrupt and our unemployment is 13%. So where is your rationale? The Reps have come to the table with ideas.. but Obama doesn't wanna hear them. Re: health ins. Open up state borders so Ca insurers can insure people in Ohio..Dems don't want that.. Tort reform....Dems don't want that... Tax cuts for businesses to stimulate growth, like JFK, like Reagan, like Bush II. It works.

The question is, what other than cutting taxes do the repulicans propose to do? NOTHING! They have one answer to everything. I have travelled to countries that have a poor tax infrastructure and are unable to collect much in taxes. With such a low tax revenue they should be much richer. They are not. I live in a state that has high taxes and two of our neighboring states has very low taxes. Both of them are much poorer than my state. Bush use low corporate taxes for 8yrs. They did not work!
