Dear, this is according to the shastras. The vedas allows sacrifices of animals for religious pruposes. The shastras says that these animals that are being offered as sacrifice get human birth afer scrificial death. If you want i can give the references for this in the shastras.

Do not compare Her as a Human, She is the Celestial Mother and ask yourself does She need blood.? Who gave Her blood when you ignorant humans were not here before since the start of creation? Remember She is the Creator as Shiv-Shakti and the creation which means found in us all even in animals and plants and other types of existence. This is not your religion, offering blood, which is very dirty when examined scientifically. Rise up Hindus and get the gem of your religion from Her.

Read Her life and please Mother Kali is imploring , you ignorant people to stop this. Offer Her your LOVE, She will accomplish all your dreams and wishes.
