Excuse the choppy editing...This is another installment in the FAQ video series I have been working on for a while. I have complied a list of the questions that I get asked most often. Many people contact me and ask me all kinds of questions, and I enjoy being able to "help a brotha out" but I fear that there are those who may feel to shy to approach someone and ask these questions. My goal is to attempt to help those people as well as anyone else who is early on, a friend, family member, or significant other of someone going through this process.

  • you've taken in your life including your beginning. Every place you've been, action you've taken, situation you've been through has made you who you are. You have to appreciate all that you are and all the knowledge and experiences you've gained, knowing that this has all happened for a reason. I'm proud of being trans and of the WOMAN I've become through being born trans. If you constantly regret being born the wrong gender/sex, you will never be happy.

  • Its great that you're putting up FAQs about all of this. I hope it helps people out.

On the subject of dealing with that sense of never being able to attain true happiness with relation to your body, I do have something to add. There are those who are just so upset at having been born the wrong gender that there might not ever be a solution that will fix that first and more important mistake. But I've found that whats most important to all of us, even cyst-gendered, is to appreciate every step

  • when I think Iget god dam fucking depresed

  • Did you go to a therapist?

  • I myself am an atheist...borderline agnostic as i learn more about religion. Anyways, I have sat down and thought about my being atheist to haave something to do with being trans. For example and one point not too long ago I was going through sum bad dysphoria and asked myself "if there was a god why would he put me through so much pain" SO...I was just thinking if being trans had something to do with my religion.

  • the videos are great ty, you give just about the best opinions. thanx a lot!

  • amazing job as usual =]]

  • Most likely your transition should change nothing within your personal faith. Now I'm only saying this in relation to any outside contradiction that might come from organized religion. But that's my two bits; take it as you see fit.

(Sorry for the comment flood! Felt like responding/adding on. Perhaps you or your viewers will enjoy some further discussion and what not. Hope all is well.

  • On the subject of religion, this my personal opinion, so no one should take offense to this; just accept this as another point of view. I personally see true religion/faith as a personal relationship between yourself and your chosen deity(ies)/God(s). Realize that that relationship only pertains to you and that deity, not to anyone else. Most likely, in my opinion, your faith promotes good morals and happiness within and of yourself.

  • Thanks about this... ;)
