  • I definitely did not see the sales pitch coming in.

  • Interesting that she spends 7 minutes explaining why tax sales are bad, yet she readily mentions going to those tax sales ... I bet she's desperately trying to stop competition from out-bidding her!

  • lol nothing is Free in this World. I really thought she was trying to Help people but she's saleing somthing like everyone else.

  • @studentoflife01 I'm not certain about this. Most likely what will happen is that the bank will pay the lien because they are the true owners of the house and they will not let all of that value leave their books if the house is or can be a performing asset. Once the bank pays the lien off, they foreclose on it (instead of you doing that) and make all the difference $ between. Banks are reckless with risk, not stupid...

  • i was told also and done some research, that you dont have to pay mortgage. plus mortgage and property taxes are two separate entities, the reason its going up for auction is because the delinquent property taxes, not because of the mortgage. morgage equals bank and property taxes equals county. well this is what i have researched so far, maybe in CA its different. but i surely wouldnt pay their taxes and morgage, minds as well get a house

  • Not all of us live in CA, please give more general information. I live on the East Coast. Thanks!

  • Hey taxlienlady! I was told on an infomercial that the mortage goes away if you buy a tax lein and the property transfers to you isn't that true?

  • What are the chances of finding a property that does NOT have a junior lien against it. Its not likely at all. It ALL depends on the state and the COUNTY this is specific to Cali. I live in Texas and it is VERY profitable to invest in tax deeds. Your invest is covered in almost every way. Please don't give general information about ONE state, county, and one case of high minimum bids. This info should not be taken as general guidelines for every state!!!!
