becuase i know that elite skil but the secend one i dont know and you know that that foe got same skils he then ow to conter that with a sin (becuase of the 70 AL(armor lvl)

Its called Venegeful Weapon and it does basicully the same thing as the elite Xinrae's Weapon, except for slighty less HP steal and no damage reduction.

any mode, any primary as long as you have the Ritualist Profession somewhere and those 2 skills at 12 Restortion. I also recommend bring an Alem Remedy Staff (+20 Energy)

Ursan is a lot better and faster, and it can be literally used on any primary profession.
