@alessandra4826 Thanks for this reply, it is worth using the Night Conditioners at least for the first month. Another option for the evenings is the regenerating serum, which feels a little heavier than the toner and the night conditioners. If you are still struggling, then I would recommend only using the cleansing milk at night, rather than the cleansing cream, as this is more suited to drier skin types. The cream can then be used in the mornings, when you would be using a moisturiser. Emma

@BohoGreen4 I use the Cleansing Cream and the Rhythmic Night Conditioner at night, and my skin is not as dry. If I use the Cleansing Cream and the toner I usually use, my skin is too dry.

great video. I love the dr. hauschka range and I use it every day. but the idea about not using anything at night doesn't seem to work for my skin in the harsh danish winter. I have tried it for a longer period of time to se if my skin adjusted but it didn't, it became too try and almost flaky.

When you first switch over Dr.Hauschka it can be hard to get used to not using a night cream, and in the first 3 or 4 weeks the skin is prone to reacting. Even without a night cream, it is still importance to consider night care, for the first 28 days it is worth using the Rhythmic Night Conditioners after cleansing. They help to support the skin whilst it acclimatises. For more mature skin you may need to use the ampules for two consecutive months as the skin takes longer to regenerate.

After the initial change period you can switch to using the Facial Toner after cleansing.
