20 vegetarians can live off the land of one meat eater...
intake of ANY processed or cooked ´´food´´ immediately activates the immune system...the body regards it as enemy !!!
the body cant get rid of the waste material...causing all illnesses...
so raw veganism is the way ...eventually...
addiction to processed food is comparable to alcohol addiction...i find it hard to change eating habits...

my grandfather isn't allowed to eat red meat for the reason that it does rot before it leaves the human body... but the doctor did inform him that he can eat any red meat if it's wild game. i think the real issue is that we don't eat naturally enough. we eat animals that have never needed to make an effort to eat other than to open their mouths whilst the farmer dumps food in their troughs...

i'll agree to an extent. but from what i've seen. vegetarians and vegans tend to become thin and lanky. omnivores such as myself. can go many ways depending on their lifestyle, for instance i'm a woodsman and wilderness self reliant. but i'm also a power lifter. so i need 250 grams of protein a day to build strength and muscle. now if i only ate meat and potatos i'd probably die of a heartattack seeing that i need 10,000 calories a day when i'm working out every day.

It is a misconception that necessary amino acids and nutrients are only available in an omnivorous diet. All nutrients necessary, are available in vegetarian/vegan food. Usuall even easier available.
Our bodies CAN process meat, but the digestive system of humans is more adapted to a vegetarian/vegan, plant-based diet.
A long digestive tract where meat rots before it is out of the body is indicative of that. A diet with meats costs more energy from the body than it brings.Unless you overfeed.,

i respect what you're doing but i have to tell you that veganism is not healthy. we being humans are omnivorous for a reason. we need the amino acids and nutrients that we get from animal protein. if you respect and use every part of an animal you need not worry about violence because then you have a just cause to take the animal. violence is not a part of hunting until it becomes a sport or a bloodlust
@boredism07 Interesting point.
I am not vegan my self. But from what I saw during my visit in Sadhana Forest, the people were very healthy. Much more healthy than what you would see in a standard western city street...
In India the higher castes are vegetarians, and have been for hundreds of years.
Thanks for sharing your opinion.
