Just posted another vid to show the opening door on the silver body. I want to make it open/close by servo, but i dont have an extra channel on the stock traxxas radio, which kinda sux.

That rustler is hot man i just ordered mine off.ebay waiting.to get it only upgrades it jas is the rpm shocks.bumper and shock tower what type of.battery can i.use on the stock motor to make.it to go a lil.faster then 35 its.a.rustler xl5 but ot.has vxl body on it

Your door is dope :) U can get a Flysky GT3 radio which is an AWESOME radio as it is, for 35 bucks. Performs like one 4 times that cost, and it has 3 channels. Which u could use one to make the door open.

@56fletcher Its a 5mm (8) Led system that I got off ebay. They were made by rcspeedsters on ebay, but I dont think they make them anymore but a bunch of other makers produce the same thing. Just go on ebay and search for "rc led kit" and youll find them.

@tdidier9876 Just tape out the lines and score them with a box cutter or razor knife, then just gradually cut deeper and deeper until you get through.
