I have recently discovered that my sheltie only barks at other shelties when she feels threatened (oh how cute!), we watched this and she spent at least 5 or 6 minutes barking. Aww, how cute!

Explain this to me....and I have 3 shelties running around my house at this time, but why do the majority of the sheltie videos on YouTube show multiple shelties....what is it about this breed that makes us want to have a herd?

I guess it's because shelties are so very easy to train and come in such a wide variety of looks. I have a sable, a sable merle, and a bi-blue. I would have 10 more if I had the time to care for them properly.

Our only male and by far the biggest clown. He's VERY friendly except when he's bossing the girls around. His only "trick" is to sneeze on command. His birthday (naturally) is the Fourth of July. He thinks the celebrations are for him.
