  • stupid shit indeed. GEET (the engine that burns 80%water/20%corn oil) has been around for 30 years. google "free geet plans" and youtube "geet engine, geet riding mower, geet generator" to see running examples. Then build your own and tell the uranium assholes to fuck off.

  • THE GOVERNMENT FUCKED YOU. ENJOY.

  • You've got to date your samples

    Mine abandoned

northern Saskatchewan has been put in doubt, after efforts to contain a flood at the Cigar Lake mine failed Monday morning.

Mine engineers from Cameco Corp. were unable to get one of the mine's huge bulkhead doors to seal properly and stem the fl ow of water that had been pouring in at a rate of 1,500 cubic metres an hour since Sunday afternoon.

CEO Jerry Grandey told reporters there is ongoing dialogue with the potentially large uranium customer, but he could not reveal details.

    I wonder why

  • Amazingly, the wells have cleared up substantially since the exploration stopped about 6 months ago. Also, the water levels which dropped during exploration have been shown to increase. ..in the middle of a drought.

  • When hundreds of holes are drilled into the aquifer without testing the water first, how could one prove that it had an effect? They sneak in there, punch these holes and say, "See? This water is contaminated and always has been!" Yeah, right.

  • Of course there's no scientific evidence because the mining companies do not want hard evidence to be exposed. In order to mine for uranium in Texas, no pre-exploration water sampling is required, and no notification to surrounding property owners is required. They simply notify the local County Judge and start punching holes, hundreds and hundreds of them in a small area. The affected wells surround the exploration site, so is this pure coincidence? Odds say it's not.

  • There is no scientific evidence in this clip that the water quality was compromised by the mining activities. what exactly did the mining company do to compromise the aquifer, and how do they know that the muddy water was a result of that?
