Amy Shuen visited Barcelona's celebrated MBA business school IESE as part of her book launch - Web 2.0: A Strategy Guide. After an amazing dinner at Santa Maria tapas bar I asked Amy what her highlights were. She loved the stories shared that evening about how easyjet are using Twitter as a channel to address customer complaints, how P&G gathered 200 executives into a 2 hour campaign creation experience to learn about social media & raise money for charity, and finally how Twitter could be seen as historical timeline for people's thoughts & actions. She's definitely one of the most energetic & passionate web 2.0 enthusiasts I've encountered!
