Help Me Make it Through the Night -Debbie Vicari & J.R.Shatzeline

For our fourth Collaboration Debbie and I ended up choosing a song that brought us a LOT of work as you will see on Debbie's page with her bloopers and more, but has also brought us closer.
This song, "Help Me Make it Through the Night" has been used in concert lovingly by Johnny and June many times and Johnny has even inserted June's name into the song itself saying "June, tonight I need a friend' so Debbie and I felt it would finally be nice to settle into a slower love song too after all of our upbeat and sillier songs such as our "I got stripes" video etc.. In so doing, we wanted to have an equally intimate video. This brought us to the idea of Debbie being alone and lonely in her apartment and wanting company for the night.
WELL, let's call this EDITING HE&%!!!! Yes green screens are not as easy as the packages want to imply! But alas, I have finally gotten into Debbie's bed from Germany to Los Angeles and in the making of this video there were times I felt as though I was indeed singing with her there. The work was worth it and I feel we have indeed become much closer in the process. I hope you enjoy the video and the song. it was the most work we have ever done on any of our videos but I certainly would not change it. I am very happy with the finished product.
