Vindicated: Harry/Hermione

YES I HAVE READ DH! I know HHr didn't happen--but it still remains my OTP of the Potterverse, and I will always enjoy the beautiful relationship they share (which was only deepened in DH), even if it's only a platonic one!

That being said, I think that this song really fits HHr well--especially certain lines, such as "Hope dangles on a string/ like slow-spinning redemption," "the shine of which has caught my eye," and "I am seeing in myself the things you swore you saw yourself." Harry is definitely a flawed person, who can be very selfish and wrong; yet Hermione always believes in him and stands by him/supports him until the end, never giving up on him or abandoning him (unlike even Ron). Hermione reassures Harry about himself, and helps vindicate him indeed throughout the years of their friendship.

Anyway, please enjoy this vid for my oldest ship! :) Comments appreciated EXCEPT FOR SHIP BASHING--DON'T WATCH IF YOU HATE HHR!

I loved it! That was a very well-put together video, and very cute. I never really shipped people together much while reading Harry Potter- I really wanted Lupin/Tonks, and Luna/Neville, but I think that was it. I like Harry/Hermione, Harry/ Luna, Ron/Hermione....I'm not a huge Ginny/Harry fan, but I don't hate it either.

But after watching a lot of these YouTube videos...you guys are turning me into quite the Harry/Hermione fan!
