The reason they speed it up is then because at the time of editing, the film is then slowed to match the tempo of the audio track, basically the correct speed.

The song is sped up while filming because once they edit the video the song is at it's original speed, the video is slowed down in sync with the original track. Therefore, it seems as if he is singing in slow motion yet it's all in sync with the original track. Also, that's why it is being shot at 36fps when the track is faster.

"summer" looks interesting,,,,not too keen on puttin electricfied instruments in the middle of open fields, but lets see the final edit. Its such a great song so my expectations are probably too high.

That put a smile on my face...the video will be fantastic but what touched me and made me smile was his willingness to get close to his fans. The little girl on stage was precious and what a great moment in Corey's life to be on stage and play and sing with Keith! FANTASTIC
