Otter responded by meeting with House and Senate GOP leaders throughout the afternoon. By 3pm, he held another press conference and vetoed a slew of additional appropriations bills. The governor reiterated his arguments for producing a multi-year plan for funding and declared his approach will better protect Idahoans.
