Granted, the health care reform bill that passed isn't the single-payer, universal heath care system that we want or need, but it can be a step in the right direction. We just need to make sure we continue to push our legislators on the 5% of Americans that will remain uninsured, and a move toward even better health care with continued savings above and beyond those in the bill that just passed.

The passage of this bill has put in me this night a desire to study hard and become a doctor. Someone has to step up and take care of the people who now will have the means to obtain care.

PrezCzar Obama is going to REDUCE all payments coming out of Medicare & make the patients & Doctors forgo any PAY? The most vulnerable patients & their kind good Doctors. Are now going to be told YOU deserve no money for any treatments or Doctor Visits! All the result of the Private Companies seeing Obama edict that they have to COVER EVERONE? They are trying to gain monies to have in reserve against this idiotic "ideal" of Obama's! This is frustrating as hell! It's plain insanity for Democrats to ignore the will of the American people at all costs. I'm so disappointed in Democrats' determination to force through this destructive and damaging health care bill that will destroy our health care system at a cost of over +$1 trillion.
