@phoLegit doing shoulder raises standing up is bad for your back first off. second, sitting down allows you to be more stable and balanced and you hit the muscle better. go ahead and try sitting down and doing shoulder raises.......tell me if you see a difference in your back and shoulder definition in a few months.
