I would urge caution on anyone wanting to make a hot air balloon from a binbag. I tried to make one with my mate when we were 14 and it caught fire. I tried to put it out by blowing, but only blew red hot plastic over my friend. most binbags are too heavy. I did get one to fly eventually a light white one. I got the idea from Danny the champion of the world. although sheets of tissue paper didnt work for us, we couldnt make a balloon shape which didnt catch fire.
