@Argentum702 He accurately predicted the gold correction in late 2011. He seems to be right on most of the fundamentals too. Many Austrians agree with him so this isn't an isolated opinion.

Of course some people don't like to hear the doom and gloom since they have their money in the economy and depend on good news...

Perhaps a reality check now and then isn't bad for that group of people.

@theeastwatch but then aren't we feeding the push towards neo-feudalism/debt slavery. don't we need to be responsible and humane, rather than cruel. i feel that the world i shifting towards a profit = loss of human rights paradigm. let us not take part in this but rather be more responsible and make less profit.

about 6 grand can buy 1 adult about 4 years worth of food...

spend a few hundred on a quality gravity water purifier.

solar panels are coming down in price.

property and home prices are quite affordable most people can buy and pay off a decent house if they save for two-three years.

get 25 year shelf life food supplies for a few years, buy and PAY OFF a house, get solar panels, weatherize the home so it is efficient.

most important, buy a few handguns...cause if this does happen...gonna need em
