  • @olishant actully the rolling red thing are a rind of the coffe cherry tha is mixed with the coffe Parchment.. thats why they have to use that thing to separate the coffe Parchment from the rind ,.. that thing is calling SARANDA in spanish .

  • I'm confused. Why does it look like there are still coffee cherries rolling around with the parchment coffee? Are they what you'd call floaters?
