Pirate Ninja Battle

Filmed Jan. 7, 2006. Preston Bewley is the cameo appearance in the intro, on the boat.

We are currently performing in an 8-person pirate band known as THE DREAD CREW OF ODDWOOD (look us up on YouTube), and were formerly in a space pirate metal band Hellhound (myspace.com/hellhoundmetal).

This movie is my FAVORITE so far...out of the three i 've watched (i think)

but i disagree about ONE THING...

why would a NINJA GET SHOT???

isnt that the whole point to a ninja, they dont get shot??

in my mind, which probably would have made more sense, the ninja would fall left sidewards- meanwhile dispelling knives - before hitting the ground and rolling back up to stand or whut have you...

Well, I'm glad you enjoyed watching this! And I agree with you about the whole "ninja avoiding battle" idea. We made this movie on a whim one day, not taking into consideration any historical accuracies or concepts of the sort. We basically just went out, dressed up, and fought.

I'm glad you asked. Francis used to be very hard to understand, because he would slur words together, so I thought it would be funny to put subtitles on all of his lines in every video he's been in. And frankly, it actually helps the viewer understand what the Hell he is saying. Cheers.

Intresting movie, but ninja would normaly deflect bullit with his sword or just dodge a bullit.

Though it seems he made believe he "took the hit" just for entertainment puproses :)

im sure there were pirates around when ninjas were starting out and im sure there were pirates around when they started to become less mainstream (insert hipster joke) anyway yeah ninjas and pirates, although probably rarley actually met (atleast our european/caribean pirates met) it was possible

@Maosquito1 Well the only reason I would say the ninja got shot is because ninjas are not really faster then bullets....even old world guns....they probably wouldn't have died that fast. Probably got some cloth in the wound, it fester and they would be poisoned by the lead, but you know...this was a fun video, thanks for sharing with us andrewcastlepeters
