FYI, all the major names in Cataclysm, such as Deathwing and Cho'gall, and even Ragnaros (we didn't kill him in Molten Core, we BANISHED him back to the Elemental Plane) are all lore viable.
Same thing with Pandaria, in fact. The Pandarian's were at first a joke among the developers, but turned into actual lore. They had history and lore back in Warcraft 3.
No lore is broken. Besides, it's their game anyways. It's their own decision, not some vanilla-cult fan's say.

@MrRav1410 they still patch everquest & runescape,diablo 2 is still online! wow won't be going anywhere for a long time - what if their new project is a total flop? (doubtful i know) i call at least 2 more xpacks and lvl 100 until they stop developing WoW. 100 just seems like a logical stopping place, whether or not the content is just subpar franchise milking - BTW - are you one of those guys that pretends to rage quit after every patch/expansion and still stays online? /wrists
