Senior shot putter Nate Hunter rewrote the record books on Saturday at the Harvard Invitational by recording the longest toss in Northeastern University history with a winning mark of 19.37m (636.75). Hunter, a two-time All-American, automatically qualified for the NCAA Championship on Friday, March 12 in Fayetteville, Ark. with his record-setting heave. The Huskies will take a weekend off before returning to the Reggie Lewis Center to host the Boston Indoor Games on Friday, January 29.
