Acne Scar Treatment: Part 5 Fraxel Laser

By the way, what would you say gave you the best improvement?

@TearOfMangolia I’m told after all the treatments on my plan; I should expect a 50% improvement to the appearance of my acne scars. There’s another subscision and 3 more laser to go and then it may take a good 6 months for everything to settle down completely. Further laser treatments may make additional improvements.

@TearOfMangolia Its all dependents on the type of scaring: Deep Rolling Scar, Shallow Rolling Scar, Box Car Scar, Raised Papule Scar, Deep Pit Scar, Shallow Pit Scar, Enlarged Pore Scar.

You need to match type of scar to the effective treatment. It’s going to be a good wait and see when i have finished the treatment plan. I'm quite hopeful.

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! Love your videos. I too have had subcisions and fraxel lasers done and derma rolling. Do you have before and after pics of your excised scars? There are a few deep ones I have that I'm planning on excising.

Btw, be more gentle on your skin. I was gasping when you were massaging your face with stitches in so fresh after excision and careful with sun exposure. Shouldnt be in sun at all for first 7 days after laser but docs fail to mention this so u dont opt out of it :)
