Hey all you Guy's who keep saying this doesn't look Medieval since when did a huge concrete monolith of a city called Vivec look Medieval ???
And once more this city is NOT set on or in the Province of Morrowind...

Agreed, it is a beautiful Victorian city but definitely not Medieval fantasy... there are bits of industrial elements as well which makes it feel out of place.

Amazing models. Makes me wonder why you wouldn't start a new game from scratch instead of creating a place that's so out of the way of Morrowind's story and art style. Just make everybody bretons, nords and imperials since they all look human (Except maybe have orcs for that fantasy element).
Just imagining the graphical impact of this city with the Shadows mod and some nice HDR and sky mods, and perhaps some canals with the water shaders on full blast. Good as a modern game...
