No they don't. They have freelook, which is different to the system in RnL. When you switch to aiming down the sights in ArmA2 it's locked onto a point. In RnL you can both do the traditonal locked point aiming, and switch to free movment while aiming down the sights. It is unique in this aspect.

@deadwood223 wrong, ArmA 2, and ArmA 2: Operation Arrowhead also have free aim when aiming down the sights

Not really, theres a few other games that have free aim when aiming from the hip, but none have free aim when aiming down the sights.

The new aiming system as I said is as good as it gets, and far more realistic than any other mods aiming system.

The Garand back sight is far too small (reticule). The Electric cables are too big and there are far too many! Small villages in France at that time had 1 wire for electricity and 1 or two more (smaller) for telephone.

Unintuitive? That was THE most unique and intuitive part of this mod. This new system isn't as good as the old, especially the grenade. I hate having to hold stuff down for ironsights/crouching and such.

do you even know the mechanics of a grenade? A pin on a grenade is a safety like a Gun once "removing" the pin you are arming it, But you are still holding the lever down Time delay or none once grenade is released its at its final arming stage chemical reaction and so on after thrown or lever released and then will explode only if lever is released.
