Today was a wrist/gripper workout so I got some clips to see where I'm at and hopefully to look back at when I'm stronger. I don't think there are any other Weaver stick videos on here so I may be first.
Nothing impressive since I only have a few months of wrist exercises under my belt. I tried 5lbs front/rear first but front is way more difficult and I couldn't get 5lbs to parallel as you can see. In the second part I got 6.25lbs rear & 3.75lbs up in front.
Sorry- I may be completely oblivious, but is "Weaver stick" a type of lift and does this have anything to do with actual weaver sticks used to weave cotton of the 1800's?

"George Russell Weaver popularised this wrist leverage test some 50 years ago whilst living in Brooklyn." That's a quote from David Horne's World of Grip site. It's not letting me post a link here but you can find it on the rules page about 3/4 of the way down.

Thanks for uploading this Gumpster. I really had no idea how to do this lift and may try it sometime.
You're right, finding Weaver stick videos is like searching for a moon rock.

I'm hoping I got it right myself. There's not a lot to go on. I only do this every other week just for some variety since the handle is much smaller than the sledge. I used a handle from a rake since it was harder than the broom handles I found.
