Art of war doesn't proc very often now either... That's another downside..

I'm not sure what you're on about. I'm just checked it myself did ~7.2K on dummies.

wotlk (step 1) = get more people to play palas by making palas uber and let them really grow to love the pala class.. cataclysm (step 2) turn those palas into much needed healers and tanks

I lost about 1k from live to PTR as well. Don't worry about the heroics. Everyone else's dmg is so freaking insanely high now (except ours) that we dont get time to ramp up dmg at all. My theory is that things like Divine Purpose aren't proc'ing right to stack HP faster, the Censure ticks seem to be really low also. I am hoping we're just buggy.

idk about u but i went on the ptr and my icc 25 ret pally droped from 6k to like 2.5-3k in randoms
