This seminar leads you through an emotional learning process about changes in your business as well as in your personal life.
The concept is based on HorseDream's Integral HorseMapping and on the Appreciative Inquiry approach of David Cooperrider.
In the first exercise you get in touch with horses in a learning field. The second exercise is about the horse as medium or catalyst. The next four exercises cover the Appreciative Inquiry process of Discovery, Dream, Design, and Destiny.
Discovery: What gives life? The best of what is.
Dream: What might be? Imagine what the world is calling for.
Design:How can it be? Determining the ideal.
Destiny: What will be? How to empower, learn and adjust/improvise.
