Customer repaired roof and was painting the inside when they had FORENSIC THERMAL IMAGING do a scan to check for leaks. These are the Visible and thermal shots overlapping. Originally it was a pin size leak that cause thousands of dollars in damage. The extent on the initinal damage and a solution could have saved this customer hundreds of dollars in repair. Moisture holds heat and cold longer than dry areas. This is why it shows up with a thermal camera.
