How To Roast a Loin of Pork - Pork Recipe

This Roast Pork Loin is stuffed with a simple traditional Parsley, Sage & Onion bread stuffing. But of course you are not just limited to that, there are many other Pork stuffing's that will work also. For example, an Apricot stuffing works perfectly with a Roast Pork Loin. So for those of you who have never attempted to try to Roast Pork before, this is your perfect opportunity to do so. One important note to remember is that your Roast Pork MUST be Well Done!!!! I cannot stress that enough. Now we are not saying that you go & completely incinerate the roast. No, just cook it to where the juices run clear when you press into it with a knife or skewer. yummy i wll so do this if i didnt live on the top floor of my apartment woo its like iam in a oven!!all the heat from down stairs come up here!!an my ac dosent work so well!iam so wanna do this at my inlaws this weekend!thums up!
