In Milky Way Wishes, there are 19 powers. Of course, if you can't find all 19 Power Essence, you can check here. This is a guide how to get them all, but I forgot why I made it Black and White...

Since I just HAD to put it on black and white, remember this: It's in the winter.
Fighter: 0:21
Just break the ice. Most powers have a down attack.
Cutter: 0:36
It's at the door right next to a tree.
Copy: 0:46
Since you can't suck up enemies, this is your replacement. It's on a star somewhere on the world map. I recommend getting Wheel Kirby because you're going to have to cut through enemies.
Parasol: 1:11
Break the bomb block to get it.
Sword: 1:23
Okay, you need a down attack for this too. I sped it up because it was kind of long. Also, you need to defeat the boss. If you want, you can use Copy Kirby (assuming you have it) on the boss to become Suplex, but what good will that do, seeing as you become Sword when you take the trophy?
Beam: 2:00
Take the right path I took.
Jet: 2:20
You need an up attack. Ice works.
Wheel: 2:37
No comment here.
Wing: 3:02
Remember guys, the correct path to getting Wing Kirby is: Left, Left, Right, Middle!
Fire: 3:21
Take the invincible candy, then just go Through The Fire and Flames. No, really.
By the way, I dunno if everyone knew this, but:
"Secret" fire attack: 3:52
Attack + Backwards
Suplex: 4:00
You need an up attack for this.
Bomb: 5:00
The reason the Trophy is already there was because I fought the boss before recording. Woops. Just take the path I took.
Hammer: 5:13
I was screwing around here too much, so I just sped it up. If you can't see, just take the bomb trophy and go right. Then go down. When you see a hammer-able peg, use that.
Stone: 5:40
I had to savestate before this incase I messed it up, because it took me a few tries to find out how to get this. Somehow. I don't know how.
Btw, you can (rarely) get the Mario Trophy and Samus Trophy when turning to stone.
Yoyo: 6:36
In case you didn't notice, I switched off-camera when I got in. Why? Well, here's why. Go to the wind under the door. Switch to Wing Kirby. Hold Down. Press the attack button.
Some people don't know you can do the Gazer Spiral by doing ↓ ↑ Attack.
Plasma: 6:59
Go all the way up for this.
Mirrior: 7:30
Just hang under the mine cars, and eventually you will find the star block. Hit that, and go into the door there.
